Grooms, Don’t Worry – You Can Learn to Dance for Your Wedding
Planning a wedding is stressful. There’s so much to do and decide upon that it may seem like it consumes your life for months. While both the bride and groom are stressed about things, the groom often has one more worry on his list: the first dance as husband and wife.
If you’re going to be married soon and are worried about embarrassing yourself and your new wife on the dance floor, don’t worry—you can learn how to dance before then!
You don’t have to be an expert. Dancing at your wedding doesn’t mean you have to become an expert in every type of dance there is. In fact, you probably only need to know the basic waltz. Most romantic songs that are used for the first dance are perfect for the waltz. If you’re not sure if this style of dance is right for you, you can play the song for a dance instructor. They will be able to tell you which style of dancing is perfect for the beat.
At Arthur Murray Charleston, our patient, experienced instructors can teach anyone to dance in style. We invite you to come in for a free first dance lesson. Don’t be so anxious! You’ll find out quickly how much fun it is to learn to dance -- and very romantic, too!
